You may know him as Flex for Kal on Facebook and on this day we will ROW For KAL! ... Every donation, every dollar, will help the Hamilton family on their journey for a cure! Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy or DMD is a progressive disorder that causes muscles to become weaker over time until it takes over the whole body. This family has been FIGHTING! Let’s help them fight for their boy!!! Both parents honorably served in the United States Marine Corp and its time to give BACK this Christmas! Anyone can participate! Come get your competition on! Or just have some fun PLEASE don’t be shy, when you walk in our gym you are treated as family! We’re doing the 19.1 CrossFit Open: *19 wall balls *19 cal row How many rounds and reps can you do in 15 minutes?? We’ll only have 5 athletes competing at a time with 5 judges and a 5 minute transition period. First start time will be 7:30 am and will continue every 20 mins. Depending on sign ups we can stay all day! Want to row with friends? Get your group of 5 together and mention it in your text! Please check in outside of the gym 30 minutes before your sign-up time so you have plenty of time to do the warm-up.
