Dumbbells UP _ Don't you love it when Coach lets you start class laying down and relaxing? Noon Zoom sometimes does just that. But as you can tell by Coach Ben's Face, mischief is afoot. The Armbar may seem like napping with a dumbbell in the air. The support the Armbar builds through the shoulder helps to mend that which we undo working hours on end at home. So if you have an achy shoulder, then take a moment to lay down and Armbar. ... Another great idea is to break up the work zooms with a workout Zoom. No need to even leave your living room. Clumsiness Prevention Program _ Ever worry about tripping over your own feet? We all seem clumsy occasionally. One way to help prevent clumsiness is to make sure you are strong and stable on one leg. That way we can catch ourselves when we stumble. Ana is doing a great job creating a beautiful line in her single-leg Romanian deadlift. That line should travel from ankle, through the hip joint, to the shoulder, as is evident in the photo. The longer the line, the better. Bonus points for the braced torso and whole foot contact with the support leg. Strong work, Ana!

Pause For A Moment _ Some of us work non-stop through workouts and cannot be bothered. Others of us like to pause and take a moment to smile. Fin is definitely in the other camp. But hey at least he is having fun and working hard. He always brings the fun to teen class.
Carry on, keep it overhead, and keep it moving. Just be careful there might be a little "AfterTaste" to today's workout. Although let's be honest it is going to be the best kind of a job well done.
