Be sure to work on the little things from the gym to the little things at home. Happiness may be amplified just by that one little balance adjustment.

Don’t miss out!! Saturday, Nov. 21st, KBC will be hosting our 1st Annual Community Competition. Same sex team of 2, Intermediate and scaled divisions. We will be capping this event at 60 people, so DM to reserve your spot!! ... $20 a person with top finishers in ALL divisions winning $80 worth of 5:11 Tactical gear!! **ATHLETES WILL BE RANDOMLY PAIRED WITH SOMEONE FROM THEIR DIVISION THAT MORNING

2 years ago this young man walked into KBC with the hopes of shedding some pounds so he could join the United State’s Navy after he graduated high school. 2 years later, 20 lbs leaner and a work ethic you just don’t see very often in 18 year olds.... he ships off on Monday. Give ‘em hell @quentintodish we are proud to call you family.
