Crossfire Rope Horses

Our Program COLT STARTING Young horses will be taught the basic fundamentals that will allow them to be taken into the discipline of your choice. Giving at the poles, stopping on the hind end, backing willing, side passing and picking up leads will be the focus as well as being desensitized to general elements. Also if there is anything specifically you'd like your horse to be exposed to that will be covered as well. Gentle and willing colts that are ready to move in a speci...c direction is the emphasis here. R O P E H O R S E S Horses that have a fundamentally sound foundation of training that have not yet been put on cattle will be started heading or heeling on a sled. After patterned on the sled for the given end, will be transitioned on to slow cattle and progressively moved on to faster cattle as they continue to improve at the rate there bodies and minds will allow. We believe no two horses are the same and will continually evaluate each horse and tailor a training program for each that promotes healthy and dynamic results. All horses are treated and cared for as professional athletes with maximized potential and performance the goal.
