Crosley Gracie Jiu-Jitsu

G.R.A.C.I.E. (Gracie Retention And Control for Immediate Enforcement) is a Jiu-Jitsu-based Defensive Tactics Course for law enforcement, and today we shared a ...few of those techniques with our local men and women in blue. As big supporters of all L.E. agencies from around the country, Crosley Gracie Jiu-Jitsu as well as the entire Gracie Family feel honored to be able to give back to you. Thank you for putting your lives on the line daily to keep our society in order. Today we worked with officers from Bart PD, CHP, Antioch, Pittsburg, San Francisco, Concord, Elk Grove, Livermore, Pinole and Brisbane; deputies from Contra Costa, Alameda, Santa Clara and San Joaquin Sheriff's office, as well as Probation and Correctional Officers from Sonoma and Contra Costa Counties. Royler Gracie vs Karate Instructor

Our beloved, long-time student turned homegrown assistant instructor at the 4-6-year-olds program, @sariah.hoffman. Besides continuing with her martial arts education, she's also helping pass on the fun and empowering skills from the world of Jiu-Jitsu that she's been exposed to for the past decade onto the next generation. Here, she's teaching break falls to a couple of newly enrolled students. Sariah attended her first Jiu-Jitsu class 10 years ago, on February 4, 2011. Wait until the end of the video to see a picture of her taken that day by her Dad, a current brown belt student himself, and a Sargeant at a local police department. So grateful for the way Jiu-Jitsu has shaped my life. Definitely something I’ll be doing for the rest of my life, she says.
