Why Chapman? As a student in the Chapman DPT program, I have had many wonderful and unique experiences from learning up close and personal with cadavers in t...he anatomy lab to working collaboratively with my fellow peers and participants in our community exercise program to completing my very first clinical rotation this past semester in an outpatient orthopedic setting. One of the things I greatly appreciate about this program are the extraordinary faculty that comprise it. I am incredibly grateful for their mentorship and endless support. Some of my favorite experiences outside of the classroom (yes, you can have time away from studying!) include participating in various social events hosted by the Chapman DPT Student Association, attending this year’s Combined Section Meeting (CSM) in Denver, and volunteering time to community service events. The Rinker Health Sciences Campus will offer some on-campus labs for a small group of grad students beginning July 23. Before setting foot on campus everyone must: Complete a virtual safety course ... Wear a mask AND face shield Get a temperature check Compete the daily health assessment survey Physical distancing and many other safety precautions will also be implemented by each program.
