We are all about those REAL push-ups and let me tell you that there is not ONE woman in out gym who can't do one. Maybe they came in here barely knowing how to do a push-up from the knees, but in time every client can do quality, safe and effectively strong push-ups and that's not only an indicator of their health but it feels pretty bad ass and it's a great party trick!

Flu season they say is coming So why workout in a corporate gym where your access to germs is exponentially higher than a private gym where you're insured space, your own equipment and a proper cleaning? We've got giant roll up doors which means plenty of ventilation and we're 1 mile from the beach so come suck in that good air while you workout in a fun, comfortable and safe environment.
