I cannot get into specifics, but this person is not a customer of ours and they have a right to be upset for not getting the information they wanted but we take the privacy of our customers very seriously and its the law. This day 13 years ago I made the crazy leap left my carreer and started with State Farm. 12 years ago, After a crazy weekend getting the office remodeled with the help of my family, we opened up!! Still same location with the same two amazing Ladies, Leslie and Tiffany.
