Just finished this upgrade, can't really say remodel. Added, fireplace surround, mantle, shiplap walls, New LVP flooring, New quartz countertops with apron sink, backsplash, 19 led canless lights, smart switches controlled by app and Alexa, nest thermostat, water softener and reverse osmosis system! Fixed alot of unseen items from previous owners DIY remodel, made it safe. It's the things you dont see.

Full condo remodel, this place was bear up brought it back! My client it sold in one week. She turned around and gave us 3 more condos to do.

Was a window off master now a slider off the master bedroom, clients can now access there pool/spa area directly from the master
