New Year's are always exciting and we are excited to introduce the new blood orange tart to kick off 2021. It is made with blood orange curd with wildflower honey, buckwheat tart shell, black sesame meringue and finished off with blood orange pate de fruit. To help with any resolutions, this tart is also gluten-free... This is available starting Saturday the 16th at Valencia and preorder pickup at the Den or Palo Alto market stand on Sunday's.... Have you tried our Pain Maison, the house sourdough? It is full of flavors and perfect for avocado toasts, sandwiches, or homemade croutons. Pain Maison is a weekend only item, just like our croissant puddings. Come on by Valencia or market stand to grab a loaf and a couple of puddings. The weekly pudding flavor, by the way, is apple cider. Go 2021!
