Craft's Kenpo Karate

Tonight we had the modern arnis class (stick fighting), and it was a great class. We had myself, grandmaster Craft, instructor Bruce, instructor Aaron, and one of his students Julio. It was great fun because we all learned a lot from each other. You know, there are many benefits to practicing a martial art, you could write books on it. However, if you don't like what you're doing, or if it's not fun, you will not benefit. And that goes for any activity. We were all benefiting tonight because all of us genuinely have fun doing this activity. So whatever you choose to do out there for yourselves, make sure you have a good time doing it!

Greetings! This is instructor Rory, a 2nd degree black belt and part owner of Craft's Kenpo Karate. I am managing this page, and can answer any questions you may have about myself or anything else with Craft's Kenpo. I will also, a few times a week, post information, training or workout tips, share some of my own philosophies on martial arts and training. I've learned an awful lot here with the professor, and I would like to share some of the things he has taught us, and m...y own take on those lessons. I know that there are those out there that know, or have known the professor in the past. He was a great teacher when I knew him in 2003, and he still is, maybe even better. He is also a good man, who has a lot to teach. I find that his contributions to Shaolin Kenpo are great, and I don't want his knowledge and experience to be lost, I want to learn and teach Craft's art and pass it on, as I hope some of you will.
