Hello Everyone! We’ve got a great menu planned for this week. It’s been a whole year since we’ve featured our Winter Wedge, so this baby is due. With our homemade Blue Cheese Dressing, diced Bosc Pears, toasted Pecans, Applewood Smoked Bacon, sliced red onions, and Blue Cheese Crumbles piled high over a crisp iceberg wedge, what’s not to love?! Our favorite way to serve this creation is with the addition of fresh avocado and some of our sliced, roasted chicken breast. Ge...t our Winter Wedge for $13.50; Add on Avocado for $2.00 more, Chicken Breast for $3.00 more, or get both Avocado AND Chicken added for just $4.00 more... now that’s the way to salad! And since we’re supposed to be getting a few more showers this week (Thank Jesus!), we thought a little Grown-Up Grilled Cheese with Bacon might be a cozy addition. Get yours with a bag of chips for $10.50, or upgrade the chips to a side salad or fresh seasonal fruit for $3.00 more. FYI: We were busy cooking away last week and our from-scratch, take-home freezer department is looking much happier with all of the replenishing! We’ll be continuing with the fun this week too... On Tuesday we’ll be making a couple pots of our AWESOME Cajun Corn Chowder (GF/V; contains Cream), and that means you can purchase it fresh in two sizes on Tuesday only... Get a 12oz cup for $6.95, or a to-go quart for $13.95. At the end of the day, all remaining chowder will be packaged up in quarts and placed in our freezer section for those who would like to purchase at a later date. And on Wednesday, we’ll be making our Baked Rigatoni with Beef Ragu. If you’d like to pre-order a small pan ($18.95, serves 2+) or a large pan ($59.95, serves 8+), please let us know before 3:00 PM on Tuesday, so that we can put one to the side just for you... We’ve had a heck-of-a first week back, with our from-scratch freezer section almost being filled to the max! This week we made two big pots each of minestrone, chicken orzo soup, and no-noodle chicken soup, as well as fresh batches of homemade mac & cheese, mini meatloaves, & portobello mushroom lasagnas! And today, to celebrate the much needed rain, we just finished making up a slew of our very popular petite chicken pot pies!! Hello Everyone! We - Are - BACK... and are so excited to serve you in this brand New Year! This week, our full lunch menu will be available to you, as well as our very popular Tuna Melts and Tuna Salads! Check out the attached flyer for pricing and all of the nitty-gritty. We will be serving menu items To-Go, via Curbside Service, and on sunny days, we will have tables and chairs set up outside for picnicking under the Bougainvillea! We are keeping it simple this week, ...as we have a TON of restocking to do in our freezer department. That’s thanks to all of you who supported us over the holiday season... whether you gifted Cotta’s Kitchen to your favorite people, or made Cotta’s Kitchen a part of your Holiday Table, we can’t Thank You enough! We’re open until 3 PM today, so give us a call to place your order... we can take your order right over the phone, lickety-split! P.S. Next week we will be open on Tuesday and Wednesday, from 11 AM till 3 PM, and will be serving lunch. We will also be open on Thursday, December 24, from 9:30 AM till 1 PM, for last-minute shoppers/stocker-uppers, and for the fine folks who have pre-ordered items to pick up.
