Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Cosumnes Firefighters will not be able to be out BBQ'ing to support the release of the Dreaming Dog Brewery Resilience IPA on 12/29. We apologize for this change of schedule and hope to support the beer with an event soon.

Your Cosumnes Firefighters will be supporting the Flatland Brewing Company release of the Resilience Ipa Saturday December 22. Our firefighters will be providing free bbq hot dogs with any donations going to the camp fire relief. Excellent beer provided by Flatland and recipe from Sierra Nevada. Please come support this excellent cause. BBQ available from 1230pm to 7pm

The Cosumnes Firefighters Association will be out supporting Tilted Mash Brewing with their release of the Resilience IPA. All proceeds from this beer sale will benefit the Camp Fire relief effort. Free BBQ hot dogs and polish sausages will be provided by the Cosumnes Firefighters from 12pm to 7pm on 12/15/18.

A great way to help out our cause while getting to skip the cooking duties for the night. All funds collected by our Firefighters Foundation goes to help high school and college students with scholarship as well as other social programs.

The Cosumnes Firefighters Association is hosting it's annual charity golf tournament on July 9 at Valley Hi Country Club in Elk Grove. Proceeds from the event benefit the Cosumnes Fire Community Support Foundation (a 501c3 non-profit organization tax ID#37-1827277), which allows the association to assist local charities as needed which may include veterans, homeless, the Teen Center, special needs kids, scholarships, etc in the Elk Grove/Galt areas. We wish to extend our invitation to everyone in the community. This promises to be a fantastic day of golf and fellowship. Please see attached flier. Our hearts are bigger than our trucks Last month Demitri was hit by a car on his bike on his way to school. His bike that was bent and broken was picked up by... our crew and left at the station. After sitting there for a bit Captain Waddell took it to a bike shop to get fixed. While that bike was being fixed we found out Demitri’s brother Mike had an unfortunate incident on his bike also. We are happy to say neither boy was serious injured. The Cosumnes Fire Association and The Cosumnes Community Support Foundation were able to surprise these boys with new bikes! The boys thought they were coming to pick up the old broken well worn bike...SURPRISE!! The look on their faces was priceless! We are humbled to be able to lend a hand to get these two boys back on the road! Demetri..WEAR THAT HELMET!! See more
