Back in May, prior to our reopening during COVID times we announced we were adding another layer of protection to filter the air in our office for staff and patients. At the time we got the @molekuleair which kept the front of the office filtered. Now as they advanced we advanced too. CORVISION OPTOMETRY is reopening next week in June. With reopening in the new normal comes new implementations to keep everyone safe. For the time being all services to the office will be scheduled, this includes exams, browsing for eyewear, picking up glasses, contacts (curb side), repairs, glasses adjustments, or any service inside the office. We will be spacing our appointments apart to keep everyone safe, so thank you in advance for your patience. Prior to everyone’s ...appointments we will be sending a wellness screening link that can be filled out and submitted via mobile. Staff will check temperature, offer hand sanitizer, and make sure everyone coming has a mask on. If your temperature is 100 degrees F, we will have to reschedule your exam 4 weeks later. Here is an interview with the developer of the Air Pro RX and co-founder of Molekule on Fox13 News in Tampa Bay, Florida. The newest purifier using their PECO technology that helps shred or destroys microorganisms at the molecular level and doesn’t just capture them and let sit in a hepa filter. We Corvision Optometry are tirelessly prepping our office by going above and beyond to add another layer of protection during these times for our patients and staff. Aside from our new expansive cleaning protocols, social distancing protocols, and Personal Protective Equipment we are working with a company called Molekule to bring to the office filtered air technology that uses their photo electrochemical oxidation technology (PECO) to break down any possible bacteria and vi...ruses at the molecular level, reducing if any concentrations in the air. Corvision Optometry has always partnered with Wiley-X Eyewear in protecting our kids in sports, our fellow workers in need of safety glasses, and in this time of need for Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), they always had the Climate Controlled frames that come with a removable Facial Cavity Seal.
