Those thieves at CORTEZ TOWING will illegally tow your car, in effect, commit GRAND THEFT AUTO then, burgularize and vandalize your car. They are banned by the City of Riverside and watched by the Riverside Police Department, for towing vehicles within the City limits on publIc property. If you see them operating within the City Of Riverside and towing vehicles, WITHOUT TAGGING THE VEHICLE WITH AN ALLEGED VIOLATION FIRST THEN WAITING 96 HOURS to tow it, they are committing GR...AND THEFT AUTO. Furthermore, there is no such thing as a DROP FEE, this is illegal and EXTORTION. They MUST DROP YOUR CAR WITHOUT PAYMENT.

We saw these Cortez Towing Bastards illegally towing two cars, marked "for sale" from the K Mart parking lot today. Cars were not tagged, as required by law, 96 hours did not pass, owners not given an opportunity to move vehicle, and vehicles were not ordered towed by property owner, Cortez simply stole the vehicles and held them for ransom as usual.
