Third day of "week of hard labor" round 2. Leg day Wow that one burns Gonna go have my chocolate recovery. If you don't lift weights and you're a woman y...ou seriously need to start. It's amazing how much you can transform your body with weights. I love how Sagi's workouts are ones that experts along with beginners can follow and benefit from. It's not that you have to bench press 100lbs unless that's your goal, it's about pushing your limits, finding your inner strength and building on it. Not only do you feel amazing after just a few weeks of lifting and following proper nutrition but over time you're also improving your bone density. When you come from a long line of petite women with osteoporosis that's definitely important. #strength #womenandweights #power #weekofhardlabor #pushyourlimits
Hi Everyone! I was really excited about teaching tomorrow but unfortunately I've hurt my hand and I wouldn't be able to do many of the poses, which wouldn't be good for people who are new to yoga. For now I will reschedule for the following Tuesday the 21st at 8:15am.
