Winchester we are back! Outdoor Yoga Sculpt & C2 starting Monday 12/21! We will be located on the basketball court at Starbird Park near the Winchester Studio Location. (see map)... Tips for outdoor classes: Wear layers - We know it is winter so layer up to keep warm! Bring a beach towel to put under your mat - Classes will be on pavement, use a towel underneath to keep your mat clean and to provide extra cushion! Use sunscreen - On sunny days protect your skin! We have shifted outdoors! With recent state updates we were required to end indoor classes but we still got yoga for you! Outside and online!
