Jessica from was a Core Pilates Inc instructor she’s going to leading us through #marchmatness Corkscrew (beg/int) In this exercise the goal is torso stability as the pelvis rotates to circle the legs around. The legs should stay the same length as they circle which will require the pelvis to lift off the mat at various points in the rotation. The t-point (the area of your back where your bra strap comes together) should stay in contact with the mat. If a stable torso and t-point connection can not be maintained, then make the circle smaller and work your way up to larger circles. And last but not least, keep the neck and jaw relaxed!
