How does 40 years go by so quickly? On April 15, 1980, my father, an architect and mother, a Montessori school teacher and principal, fascinated by a new era in print technology, put it all on the line and gave everything they had to open a copy and print center in what my Grandfather called "the Jewel of San Diego". He always said, "Location, location, location". They were incredibly well-received by the La Jolla business community as quite an asset and soon bec...ame a La Jolla Establishment to it's residents. Over those 40 years, we've had over 40 team-members that represented us well and helped Copy Cove thrive through the various economic conditions and changes in technology that time had to offer. From our original founders and owners, Mohammed Usman and Munira Usman (30+ years), Tehseen L. (9 years), to current owner, Sal Usman (30+ years), there have been a number of staff that dedicated years of their lives and helped make us who we are today. From press-operators, to layout and design specialists, marketing, customer-service, and client-project specialists. Cliff H. (5-10 years), Tehseen Lazzouni (9 years), Lee Nicely and Simone Nicely (5-10 years), Heather J., Kathleen Cadiz (5-10 years), Jeannie P. (10 years), Doug (10 years) and Jennifer (5-10 years) who ended up getting MARRIED, Connie (3+ years), Jim D. (15 years), Patricia Legrand (19 years), Patty V.
