Commercial HVAC companies figure out air flow all the time. This is a great simulation...best on a desktop. If you'd like to talk to a professional about your property's air flow, give us a call at 916-381-4611.
Nice hairnets! So full disclosureHVACR work isn’t always glamorous. Our top tech team, Lou and Shayne and Ghaohli, prepare to enter the food processing division at Lundberg Family Farms.
At COAC, we have been working throughout the Covid crisis to ensure safe, comfortable and healthy buildings. Our field people are temperature tested every morning, and are strictly adhering to masks, hand washing and distancing. If this initiative is approved, HVAC techs will be eligible for Tier 1B.
That's some kind of clean!! Hope they remembered to change the AC filters!!
Saint John’s is a wonderful program. Hope that Plates reopens strong after COVID. COAC had a really fun Christmas party at Plates last year. The desserts look yummy!
Santa comes to the COAC coffee room! Nice that everyone is following the mask mandate!
It seems that the world understood about "pure" air during the 1918 Pandemic, going so far as to encourage smokers to quit in public, and ventilating hospital patients by taking them (bed and all) outside. Some factory workers even stopped sharing drinking glasses. But one of our Pandemic's simplest form of prevention wasn't even mentioned. How will the medical community of the next pandemic view our attempts at controlling the spread?
"Maintenance, maintenance, maintenance. The number one thing you can do is maintain your gear," says Steve Smith, director of physical IT networks at Arvest Bank Operations. Don't let your legacy be "the person who didn't do enough maintenance"! Smith has switched from four cooling inspections to six a year. Read why below. If you need some extra help getting things running smoothly, give us a call at Cooper Oates (916) 381-4611. We service commercial buildings throughout the Sacramento Region.
We are so happy to have Emerson Cesa back at COAC! This is his "cool pile of stuff" that he got on his first day back. Hard hat, sweatshirt, safety vest, T-shirts, safety gloves, and a very complete handbook on COAC safety and employee benefits (the list is too long to include here!). Emerson has rehired into our Special Projects Division. He's looking forward to more managerial opportunities. Welcome back Emerson!! Enjoy your swag!
What's That? Huh? Still not sure how they got the HVACR or Plumbing to get up and go! If you'd like to make a change in your commercial plumbing or HVACR systems, give COAC a call at 916-381-4611. A real, professional, human being will be happy to talk with you about refiguring, repairing, or replacing [or, maybe even moving!] your current system. And if you know how to pull off a trick like this, give us a call. Because we probably want to hire you!
Oh goodness! Looks like we all need deeper sinks now! If your facility needs commercial plumbing help, give us a call at 916-381-4611. Our new full service Hydronics and Plumbing Division is ready to help. Stay out of the Splash Zone!!!
Really detailed account of what this Ohio School District did to assess, measure and remediate every part of the Air Quality picture in their Preschool-12 classrooms and school houses. If you need some help assessing your commercial HVACR system, give us a call. We can help make every part of your system's life-cycle more efficient. COAC: 916-381-4611. We're open and helping businesses throughout the COVID crisis. Stay Healthy!
Now that we have a Hydronics and Plumbing Division, we're especially interested in stories like this. What's the difference? Hydronics is using water to create heating and cooling. Plumbing is moving water through pipes. Water, and other things, apparently. Our DesignTeam, our Construction Team and our Service Team are all in full swing to serve your commercial properties. Give us a call to see how we can help manage and lower the life-cycle costs of your investments: 916-381-4611.
It’s Little White Dog Day at COAC!! Daisy and Max and Kipper are loving our coffee room! And the Chandos Tacos brought over by ComData. Yummmm.
I wonder how these would work over their tailpipes? Now that would be an air conditioning story of another kind!
As Mike Becerra knows, COAC likes to keep its service customers smiling! Give us a call if you'd like your commercial property HVAC maintenance to enter the stress-free zone. 916-381-4611.
Sacramento has its first day under 80 degrees! Ready for your Fall System Checkup? Give us a call at 916-381-4611 if you're looking for a great Commercial HVAC company!
A very up-close look at industrial HVAC applications. Love this guy!
What will the commercial HVAC landscape look like in five to ten years? Our terrific SYNERGY peer company in Menlo Park, CA, Western Allied Mechanical, is anticipating The rise of radiant heating and cooling (which will call for the additional use of ceiling fans), The reduction of gas-fired heating, and... The decarbonizing of commercial buildings. Green building will become the new status quo in time. Want to "green up" your facility? Give us a call at 916-381-4611 to talk about sustainability. Some inspiring thoughts about Abraham Lincoln and Winston Churchill, among others. Thanks to the Contracting Business website for these gems.
It's always something! Air Conditioning is one of those inventions that lets a lot of people work in places that were once too hot or humid to populate.
Surprisingly, the internet isn't offering very much information about cleaning and disinfecting tools during Covid-19. This is a good, brief summary on how to improve safety at a construction site. At COAC, the safety of our workers is paramount. The air conditioning industry has been designated an essential workforce so we have lots of additional safety requirements to observe during COVID-19. We're doing all that we can to keep our crews and our clients safe.
A seasoned AC guy with an interesting perspective on being an HVAC tech.
Yay HVAC Techs! COAC is open, masked, maintaining physical distance, and keeping our commercial clients' HVAC systems in top running shape. Give us a call about setting up a Planned Maintenance Program. We'd love for you to meet our essential HVAC techs. We think they are some of the best in the business. (916) 381-4611.
