Well it’s been about two years on the dot since Cassidy joined our team and sadly she’s leaving us tomorrow. I know for a fact Cooke Chiro would not be where it’s at today without her helping us build it from the ground up. Literally. Well miss her smile and her sass, but we couldn’t be happier for her and her new journey to Amsterdam! We’re proud of how far you’ve come with us Sassidy, your work family here will miss you!

A lot of our calls lately have asked if we are still open. Chiropractic is still essential and most of our patients are so happy we have chosen to not close up during this revised stay home order. Since reopening in May, we have taken all necessary precaution and cleaning protocols seriously and continue to adhere to guidelines to ensure your health and safety. So if you’re working from home or exercising outdoors and you need some help with your aches and pains, give us a call. We’re still here for you!

Feeling super ready for a holiday weekend. Mostly because it’s been great coming back and helping everyone in pain during these tough times. Sometimes good runs must come to an end. MBMT Body Therapy is leaving our team but will always be family. We will miss you Melissa and the office definitely won’t be the same without ya. Goodluck at your new location and best wishes on all your future endeavors little Bee!!

October 1st = 1 year anniversary since we re-opened our doors as Cooke Chiropractic. Using every fall as a new start for the year when school and holiday time gets us all moving right again is a perfect time to reboot. This year, as a new Poway resident I decided to switch it up a bit and rock a little Poway Green for the work polo. Finally starting to feel like home, so I wanted something to pay a little image homage to our community.

Happy 1 year anniversary to our office manager, Cassidy. One year ago we were re-opening a newly remodeled office and organizing a giant mess. From the ground up, Cooke Chiro was rebuilt and is now even better than ever! Cassidy is a big part of that for many reasons. Hit like if this happy face has greeted you and made your visit to the office that much better! We love having you Cassidy, cheers to many more years of success!
