There ended up being a problem with our unit and several others according to the company that use propane as a heat source. This was a manufacturing problem and not a quick fix. Last winter and this winter we had no heat for at least 2 weeks. They always responded quickly to our phone calls, immediately came out and did what they could and are extremely courteous. Even loaned us a couple heaters to get us through. Recently we had a totally new unit installed at no extra cost to us. This company stands by their name and their customers and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their service."

Had some complications along the way and the receptionist Katelyn was very helpful and patient with guiding me through the application process through the phone. The whole process took a little less than 2 weeks to complete. Very satisfied and would totally recommend their quality service."
