Happy Father’s Day to all the Super Dads in our practice!

Thank you to those who have followed our new COVID-19 Protocols to help keep everyone safe! For those who have upcoming appointments, this is a summary of the steps we have been taking for social distancing and even higher infection control measures. I am amazed to see even the youngest kiddos take this in stride! I would never have imagined a 3 yr old swishing with mouthwash or easily wearing a mask prior to this. I think our kids are modeling off of the grown ups they see and seem to be stepping up to the plate to be super good!

We are ofFISHally open for Urgent Care & ERs! I am so proud of the kids who dove right in with our Under the Sea theme yesterday! Thank you everyone for following our new Social distancing protocols to keep everyone safe! If you had a cavity already treatment planned for restoration prior to SIP, you qualify for one of the limited urgent care appt spots right now before we open up to everyone when SIP is lifted. Can’t wait to see you again. In the meantime, here’s a sneak peek of our new look. Please show your kids these pictures prior to their appointment and let them know we will be dressed up like scuba divers when we see them.

I showed my daughter my new PPE & she said I looked like a scuba diver! So, we are going to welcome our patients back to join us Under the Sea this summer! Come help us find Nemo and catch sugar bugs hiding on the ocean floor. Please let your kids know it’s still us under this new enhanced protective gear~ (sweating it out to keep you guys safe)

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing Moms in our practice! For the majority of us, we’ve added homeschooling to our Mommy skill set this year. Hats off to the Mommies who have been homeschooling already and made it look so easy~ Cheers to all the Mommies who teach our kids stuff!

Just put in sneeze guards in the reception area and medical grade air purifiers in every room as one of the many things we are working hard to acquire and prep to have the safest possible environment for our patients and our team when we reopen! We miss seeing everyone and hope you are staying safe and healthy!

Hello~ We miss seeing you and hope you have been staying safe and healthy! In case you did not get our patient email blast, both our Concord & Walnut Creek offices are Sheltering in Place until 5/3/20 until further notice. For our patients of record, Dr. Tiffany & Dr. Alex Ham are available to help you in case of a Dental Emergency. Please check your emails for updated instructions on how to reach us in case of a non-urgent dental issue or in case of a true dental emergency. Don't worry, we have creative ways to help you until Shelter in Place is lifted! For non-urgent issues, office email will be checked on M/W/F and office VM will be check at least 1x/week. For a true dental emergency, please call our office number and follow the instructions. SIP on & remember to brush!

As many of you have heard from our email blast yesterday, both our Concord & Walnut Creek offices will be closed until 3/30/20 as per California Dental Association recommendations. If you have a scheduled appt during this temporary closure, don’t worry about calling us to reschedule, someone will be reaching out to you to help you reschedule to hold a spot for when we expect to reopen. Thank you all for your cooperation in our efforts to help protect our patients, our team, and our community by practicing social distancing! Stay healthy! We will send updates via email as more information comes to us.
