Slow cooking is a great way to kill time amid the rain and it makes your house warm and full of delicious aromas. That's why we are bringing back our pork shoulder roulades this week! Dusted with contimo salt-n-spice and blend of chili and vinegar they slow roast developing a balanced complexity of flavor and texture that is unparalleled. You've gotta try it!... Slow roast at 350F on a sheet pan or cast iron for 90 minutes. At that point the roast should give to the touch without a stiff bounce back. If it's still firm, continue to roast covered with foil in 15 minute increments until tender. Serve with beans or potatoes, and your favorite greens either braised or fresh. We love it topped with an herb salad and squeeze of lemon.
