Vaccine administration has been a hot topic of jurisdictions across the country. As many states face roadblocks in administering vaccines, there is an opportunity to learn from he initial efforts and make improvements to the process, where specific, targeted efforts can yield tremendous results. The CDC released their COVID-19 Vaccination Playbook in preparation for the next phase of response. Among its guidelines, it highlights that health departments must develop three phase plans for vaccine distribution.
