Updating your kitchen & closet is a great idea, but know your purpose. For my family’s case: 1. Closet Cabinet We use to have the standard one where you just had a hanging area. We decided to revamp this to make better use of the space that fits our lifestyle, so my wife gave her customized design with the help of the cabinet maker’s expertise to make it come to life. 2. Kitchen Cabinet When we bought the home, it was newly painted and the wood used was a sturdy one and in good shape. So we decide to just put pull-out drawers in the tall cabinet, and replaced drawer to where you can pull out the whole thing for easier visibility. The older drawers did not pull out the whole way, thus making it hard to find items at the end

Our community recently had a pinhole plumbing leak (very tiny hole that caused the leak). In 6 hours it managed to destroy the ceiling of one of the guest carports.
