Berbal Spritz 1.5 oz Bulleit Bourbon... 0.5 oz of 1:1 honey syrup Juice of 1/2 a lemon 2 sprigs lavender (or any other herbs you have at home) Seltzer Tonic Squeeze lemon into your glass, add honey, bourbon and lavender petals (or other herbs you have at home) and mix well. Tip with equal parts of seltzer and tonic. Garnish with lemon twist or wheel and lavender sprig if you have one at home!
