To begin, I dont rate and review anything on Yelp. I do have to do it for CSPP. Specifically for Dr. Raymond Tatevossian and staff. Particularly Tracey. AMAZING Backstory lower back injury in Dec 2018. Did pt and chiro sessions elsewhere. Was finally referred to pain management in June 2019. During those 6 months, I was in unbearable pain daynight. no pain meds were given, except when I initially began tx and a 1x fill for muscle relaxants that didn't help and was told to tak...e otc meds(tylenol) didnt help at all The pain was worse when I went to work since I work 12hr shifts, 3x a week. I was sent back to work without restrictions by the elsewhere doctor before I saw Dr. Tatevossian. So, here's my ordeal. I saw Dr. Tatevossian in June. I waited over a month for my wc insurance to approve the procedure Dr. T and I discussed (nerve block, then nerve ablation.) Here is where Tracey comes into play. I want to take a moment and apologize for all the calls I place to Tracey. Tracey takes care of making sure insurance authorizes procedures and scheduling. I called Tracey 2x a week for a month to ask if they had recieved my authorization. She worked hard to get that crap done. I usually dont like to cause problems, but I needed this procedure done. I couldn't live with this pain. As we all know, wc insurance is slow and usually refuse anything and everything. Eventually, authorizations approved to have the nerve block and ablation done only on the right side. That was another whole ordeal in itself. I finally had my procedure done Sept 2019. Dr. Tatevossian has been very understanding and amazing. Here's a dr who actually listens to me, works hard ( and staff does too) for his patients. Who knows where my pain level would be at this point. It has only been a month since my procedure and honestly, my right lower back feels 80 better. Now, we are preparing to do all this bs again for my left side. I cant thank Dr. T and Tracey enough. Thank you for putting up with me. A temporary trial period was performed in which the patient received a pain reduction greater than 50% with Abbott’s BurstDR stimulation therapy. For the permanent implant, leads were positioned across the T7-T9 vertebral bodies.

A temporary trial with Abbott’s BurstDR therapy gave the patient over 50% pain reduction. For the permanent implant, the leads were placed from T7 to T10 and therapy was restored.
