Big thanks to San Diego double board certified pediatric dermatologist Dr. Bari Cunningham of Comprehensive Dermatology Group in Encinitas for visiting 4 Tijuan...a orphanages today. She examined dozens of children with skin problems and distributed medication to the caretakers as needed to resolve rashes, dry skin, athletes foot, acne, and a case of scabies. Dr. Cunningham, daughter, and friend have made 6 visits over 3 years and are committed to make sure our children are healthy. We are fortunate to have such a world renowned dermatologist by our side. Gracias to our audiologists, speech therapists, dentists, dental hygienists, medical doctors, ENT's, ophthalmologists, and nurses who have partnered with Corazon de Vida over the past 24 years to help the children of Baja.

Talk about lucky. Our sweet patient was born with not one but 3 hearts!

It's Melanoma Monday. A good reminder to schedule your skin exam by one of our board certified Dermatologists. Melanoma, when detected early, can easily be treated. When left undiagnosed, however, it is one of the most deadly cancers. Get checked and check your loved ones!
