A prayer for the Ephesians which is appropriate for today. Ephesians 3:16-21. I pray that out of the glorious riches He may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge, that you may b...e filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more that all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations for ever and ever! Amen. God's Love is total. It reaches every corner of our experience. When you feel shut out or isolated, remember that you can never be lost to God's Love. Hebrews 4:12-13. For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword. It penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God's site. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must five account. The word of God is a vehicle for communicating ideas, it is living, life-changing and dynamic as it works in us. The demands of God's Word require decisions, it much shape our lives.

The Psalmist is saying that God is our sanctuary and strength. He is with us all the time and especially in our trouble. Even if the world ends (and it seems like that on the evening news some nights), we need not fear or be afraid. The God of the universe has the ability to save us. https://youtu.be/2SAR4yDEZf4

1 Thessalonians 5:16-22. Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. Do not put out the Sprits' fire, do not treat prophecies with contempt. Test everything. Hold on to what is good. Avoid every kind of evil. Great words for today. Are you asking, how can you be joyful always and in all circumstances (It does not say for all Circumstances) it says in all circumstances? We do this because this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. He is the one who created the universe and it is His will. God wants you to be joyful and Pray. Have a great day.

Psalm 46:1-8 & 10. "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea. Though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells. God is within her, she will not fall: God will help her at break of day. Nations are in an uproar, kingdoms fall h...e lifts his voice the earth melts. The Lord almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. 10, Be still and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the Earth." The Lord Most high is awesome beyond words, but that did not keep Bible writers from trying to describe him. 2020 is a troubled year, but Our God is mightier than all around us, even thought mountains fall into the sea. Mark 11:22-26. "Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, go throw yourself into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your father in heaven may forgive you your sins." The kind of prayer that moves mountains is prayer for the fruitfulness of God/s kingdom. Do you believe God can move mountains? He can and he will, just ask Him.

Proverbs 3:5-8. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil. This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones." Leaning (in this aspect) has the sense of putting your whole weight on something, resting on and trusting in that person or thing. God knows what is best for us, Lean (Trust or rest) in Him when you have burdens or decisions to make. To receive God's guidance, said Solomon, we must acknowledge God in all our ways. Isaiah 55:6-9. "Seek the Lord while he may be found, call on him while he is near. Let the wicked forsake his way and the evil man his thoughts. Let him turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on him, and to our God for he will freely pardon. For my thoughts are not your thoughts neither are your ways my ways,.declares the Lord. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts." As much as we want and as much as we try, we will never think like Christ. The bible tells us his knowledge and wisdom are far greater than ours.

You may feel with all that is going on that you have been abandoned by Christ. But Paul states that it is impossible to be separated from Christ. His presence is constantly with us.
