The 800 Challenge to end Veteran Homelessness is ongoing until Dec 30th. In conjunction with Veterans Matter we are raising money for homeless vets and their families for housing. . It costs $800 for a deposit on a home or an apartment for a veteran. Working in conjunction with the VA, veterans not only get housing, but medical care, mental health assistance, counseling and the job training they need to get back on their feet and into society. .
