It’s National Bartender Day, and we want to take this opportunity to shout out our amazing bar team! Despite Covid and losing their ability to serve guests themselves at our bar, they have continued to work hard to take care of all the guests they don’t get to see on our patio. So for all of you who enjoy our bar offerings, know there’s a team inside who are putting all they have into your beverages!

As we plan for another epic summer on our outdoor patio, we want to improve our ability to serve more of you and faster- and we think a food truck is a great way to do just that. Our vision is to set up a casual area, where you can enjoy your Colton’s favorites in a new & quick way. Can you see it? We’ve put up our upside down Christmas Tree every year, but it seems especially fitting this year! HAPPY THANKSGIVING! In this season of thanksgiving, we want to take this opportunity to thank each of you! Though 2020 overall could likely best be described as turbulent and a time of social unrest, the reaction to our efforts at Colton’s the last few months has been humbling to experience. It is clear that, regardless of what we’ve all been going through, the need for connecting with others will never be extinguished and we are so happy we’ve been able to provide an environment for this to safely take place. As we enter the winter season, we hope you know we will continue to do all we can to ensure you have an enjoyable experience with us. Ultimately we are so blessed to have each of you on our side, and we remain optimistic about Colton’s future because of you. THANK YOU!

Today is an exciting day- Clam Chowder is back and inside dining is now available! Inside tables are limited and we will not be seating at our bar top yet. And for those who love our patio, don’t worry, it isn’t going anywhere- and we’ve got 20 heaters to keep you warm.

When we claimed we were the coolest patio in the valley, some of you doubted us- until you experienced it. As the weather cools down, we're committed to now being the WARMEST PATIO IN THE VALLEY. Our first step- adding 20 outdoor heaters for your enjoyment :)

Because of the incredible growth we have been experiencing, we have already added 30 new employees to our team just in the last two months- yes, 30! As we approach the holiday season, we are looking to do one more large round of hiring, and are primarily seeking individuals for our Back of House Team; dishwashers, expeditors, prep cooks and line cooks. We are also seeking a few more hosts and servers as well. Fortunately, that opened up a positive line of discussion and we are without the need for an attorney at this point. Do you remember when we sought help with our outdoor landcaping? Everything has been growing in beautifully, and we wanted to share the progress as well as offer another huge THANK YOU to all who helped! You may not have noticed, but each foliage area is therapy themed, so we hope you've been able to enjoy their healing properties during your dining experiences. We've also seen a lot of you checking each of the areas out- if you'd like information about what plants are includ...ed, we have plaques posted with detailed information in each area. Below is also information about who curated each space and a little description Prickly Pear Farm Nursery and Gifts curated our "Succ It Up Therapy" planter box. There's no denying that succulents are gorgeous, but they also provide many healing properties like purifying air, enhancing memory & improving focus. We hope you Succ It Up & relax. Magnolia’s Yarden curated our "Eutierria Therapy" landscaping. In a world where our brains are working overtime, a strong connection to nature enhances emotional well-being & alleviates feelings of social isolation. Sit back & enjoy being surrounded by natural therapy. Patti Cassio curated our "Aromatherapy" planter box. Scents have a powerful impact on how we feel. The aromatically therapeutic plants in this box are known for improving health of the mind, body & spirit; enhancing both physical & emotional well-being. Hunt's Backyard Nursery curated our "Chromotherapy" planter box. Colors & emotions are closely linked. The plant colors displayed here, we hope, sooth & relax you, while also evoking feelings of happiness, optimism & energy.
