Upon the process of replacing this old service panel we discovered two green #10 wires scabbed into the Edison side of the meter.. the previous owners forgot to clean up their dirty work. This is pretty common for small time pot farmers and it is a felony offense, you will be heavily fined and will do time in jail.. just a heads up.
