Just a little rant here... As a small business owner, Josh and I work very hard to provide TOP customer service and quality work for all our clients and we are so grateful when our clients take time out of their busy schedules to write a nice review for us on YELP... kicker is that YELP gets to decide what reviews people get to see and what yelp users are valued enough to allow their review to count... Every single persons time is valuable and opinion is valuable. I get tha...t there are companies that pay for reviews, but it’s pretty frustrating when we have so many more 5 Reviews ( like 30 more ) then what YELP wants to share. BitWendy decided to come to work today to the South Bay so Josh can carpool and now she’s freaking out! She’s is a little annoyed with the rain and doesn’t think the windshield wipers are doing a good job she’s trying to help with that!

When there’s not much to do to help at the moment - good ol Bitwendy likes to play jump rope with the hoses.
