Its interesting how more studies are showing that overall strength and resistance training is the best way to go for overall health. In the past, we have been told that cardio is the best form of exercise for health and fat loss. Time to get up and just go. Sometimes.... well, most of the time when we overthink it, we talk ourselves out of doing what we planned on doing. Scenario #1, you set your alarm on a rainy day an hour earlier so you have time to work out. You lay there and think about getting up and you don’t. You sleep in, rush through the day, and are no closer to your goals. Scenario #2, you don’t think. You just get up. As soon as you are out of bed you start to act and move towards your plan. You are one day closer to accomplishing your goal.
