It’s official! Sol Sisters is a 2021 Premiere Team! I got a call from corporate this morning and I literally don’t have words. Coaching found me 6 years ago when I was broken and lost in grief, depression & debt. It gave me the courage & tools to evolve into the best version of myself and it used every heart break, every failure, every moment of work, and every struggle to build a beautiful career with an incredible team of people. . . I knew we could do it. I knew I ...could lead us to it but I didn’t do it alone! I couldn’t have done it without my tribe. The women who love me for me, hustle daily with me and tell me to keep going when I want to give up. We accomplished HUGE goals and helped an incredible amount of people get healthier and happier in 2020 despite the challenges that we all faced. . . Thank you to everyone who has supported me and cheered me on, to my team who hustle with me daily and to my beautiful boys who give me so much inspiration to never give up! And to my husband, my rock & my business partner who told me a long time ago that it was statistically not likely that I’d be a top coach one day....and who at the same time gave me the drive to GO FOR IT!! I can't let our Leadership weekend close without celebrating this truly amazing woman and this accomplishment with her team! I have had the pleasure of working ...alongside this bright light, momma of 2, and dear friend of mine now for 5 years! . She's one of the OG's on the team, whose gone through the struggles and triumphs of building your own business and no matter what, she kept pushing through. Because of her commitment to her goals, her dreams, her clients and her team, and to helping them achieve their goals, this week she started her 2 star qualification -- a huge mile marker in our industry. . This is HUGE not only because it's such a reflection of her leadership, but also because in six weeks she'll get to open another business center, aka another one of her which opens so many doors in our business. . 2020 has definitely thrown a lot of challenges at all. We have 12 weeks left of this crazy year so let’s focus on the things we can control! Let’s set goals, eat healthy, move our bodies and stay positive!! . . Do you want to lose weight? You can. Do you want to get stronger? Let’s do it! Do you want to start exercising or running regularly? You can do it! Do you want to start eating healthy? Today is a great day to start!! Im asking the challengers in my bootcamps ...to write down their goal and post it on the mirror today where they can see it! Mine is to run a 5k in 30 days, yours might be to lose weight or start eating clean. Whatever the goal is WRITE it down, put it on the mirror and share it with someone!!! Tag me if you want and show me what you’re working toward so I can cheer you on!! . . Don’t wait to start, don’t wish for things to change, work for what you want! What you start doing right now, those habits you build right now in the last 12 weeks of this year will determine how you are going to feel when 2021 starts!
