Automatic Height Control for Plasmas or Lasers Announcing the fastest, most responsive Automatic Height Control system for your plasma or laser cutter on the market when used with CamSoft software and hardware. More accurate than previous versions for less money. ... Uses an ultra sound height sensor that is immune to bright light and capable of reading through smoke or dust with astonishing speed. Automatically adjusts the Z Axis distance between the torch tip or laser lens and the material in direct proportion to the feedback from the ultra sound sensor as it travels along the programmed path. Perhaps the fastest method that can be pointed directly "focused" toward the flame tip or laser lens. Unlike voltage-based THC devices that are prone to electrical noise and false readings generally within a 5" diameter around the tip caused by the lack of material that either drops off the edge of the plate or occurs when cutting large holes, sound waves do not have these problems. Announcing More EtherCat Amp Drives and Servo Models... 1 thru 8 Axis Machines Take advantage of plug-and-play amp drive technology. EtherCat drives are self tuning. The servo loop is closed on the drive. No wiring necessary for command or encoder signals. The single Ethernet cable replaces pulse and direction, 10V analog and all encoders wiring connections. Using EtherCat is an advantage if you have never wired a standard amp drive or encoder before. All you need to do is plug in the EtherCat cable into the motion box and the other end into the EtherCat amp drive. Then plug a standard Ethernet cable into the motion box and the other end into your PC where the PC becomes the CNC controller. Use separate EtherCat cables to daisy chain up to 8 EtherCat amp drives together. The motion box also includes up to 4 axis regular Analog 10V or Pulse & Direction amp drive and encoder connections if needed. NOTE: Closing the servo loop on the amp drive does not allow the CNC Controller software to double check axis position nor do automatic position error correction. Closing the servo loop on EtherCat model drives is not as fast or done as frequently as compared to non-EtherCat standard amp drives models. Configuring Ethernet drive parameters may be necessary. To date the supported EtherCat drive models are: AMC DZEANTU AMC DPEANIU-0155400 Copley XenusPLUS P Delta Electronics ASD-A2 Estun ProNet Servo Drive LS Mecapion L7NH LS Mecapion Pegasus Mitsubishi MR-J4 Panasonic Minas A5B Panasonic Minas A6B Parker P Series Sanyo-Denki SANMOTION R Yaskawa Sigma-5 Yaskawa Sigma-7

Advanced System 3000 CAD CAM or our CNC Professional, CNC Lite, CNC Plus, Graphical Operator Interface and Student Versions... for Windows 10 are now 32 or 64 OS Bit Running Ethernet , Ethercat and USB-based Motion Boxes and Digital I/O boxes. No dongle required in most cases. A new soft license called EzSoftLock is included to run without a USB dongle key. Our low cost $99 an axis Stepper and Servo Magic motion board's operator interface portion now runs on Windows 64 bit. This is the same familiar interface that ushered in the personal computer age as the first CNC CAD/CAM software program on a PC for national sale. Your choice 2 to 8 axis Mill, Lathe, Router, Laser, Flame, Water Jet, Punch Press, Press Brake, Grinder, Dispenser, EDM , Robotics or Factory Automation. The file formats, Source, Post Processors, PLC I/O Logic commands, most CNC hardware and G code JOB files are still and always have been backwards compatible with older versions as required by certain contracts with the DOD, DOE and DOT. New software updates keep these machines from becoming obsolete while using the original motors, amp drives, I/O boards and motion control hardware. CamSoft's initial release was in 1976 as a pre-DOS based system for machine shop owners using a desktop computer rather than a main frame or time share. Our software continues to be one of the most current and easiest systems to learn and use. After the DOS release in 1981 the next generation for Windows in 1991 was a new phase with continuous upgrading of the product every Friday afternoon, which still continues to this day. The CNC Controllers versions are at the forefront of CNC technology and are regarded as the most configurable, fastest and powerful systems available. Currently the installation CD includes drivers for Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7 & 8 and the latest Windows 10 32- or 64-bit.
