Hey everyone, I will tell you a little bit about my story! 1st pic: I was weighting 190lbs, I was low on energy, I had constipation, bloating problems and I was over weight, I wasn’t happy the way I was, at that time I was single with no kid, 2nd pic: I had my baby girl and I meet this amazing company Herbalife! I start to take the basic program I lost over 35lbs I felt so amazing and full of energy, my constipation problems went away I was so happy but I lost muscle mass, ...I dint had a work out routine and I always want it to be healthy but also have some muscle, now on the 3rd pic: I have create it muscle mass I feel and look better my self esteem is high and I couldn’t be happier, just know that your body goes to many changes and it all depends on you, how you want to feel and look.
