We love seeing our beautiful ginkgo trees in front of the main office rapidly turn from green to vibrant yellow every autumn. They never disappoint!

In-person and indoor Fall II Classes are in the works! We have pushed registration back to 10/12 as we are still making all the arrangements. Supporting Creek Fire Victims! Our hearts go out to all affected by this fire. Many of our staff and students have been evacuated from their homes. Check the info in the post below to find ways you can help. <3

Our office will be closed today, Monday, September 7th, for the Labor Day Holiday. We hope you are all doing well out there! Our hearts go out to all those affected by the Creek Fire in our nearby mountains and hope everyone is safe. With all the smoke in our air, it's a good day to do some indoor exercise, maybe some reading, try a new craft or art. Check out our YouTube page for some exercise videos from our Stretch & Tone, Pilates or Silver Sneakers classes!

We've had a busy few days of phone calls and registrations - YES, REGISTRATIONS! While have had to make a number of changes to our Fall I schedule, we are happy to be able to offer a number of classes in an online format, and even a few classes outside and in person! A little update - we're still here! We've been busy putting together our Fall Catalog which mails out on August 3rd! Normally this is the day registration is open. We are delaying registration for Fall classes until August 17th. Please look over all of our wonderful classes we have planned and be ready on August 17 for registration! We are working in the office and are available to take calls Monday - Thursday from 8-5:30pm. Please feel free to call if you have any questions. We hope you're all doing well, and finding ways to stay active, creative, and healthy! We miss you!!
