To all of our amazing dance dads of Clovis Academy, we appreciate all that you do and hope you have an amazing Father’s Day!

Today we surprised our SENIORS with gifts from their CA family! We are so proud of our girls! Thank you CA families for making these dancers feel so special!

Celebrating our Seniors! From our Senior Ryley Bojorquez-... Thank you Clovis Academy for giving me 15 great years and giving me memories to last a lifetime. I’ve been there since I was 3 years old and it has brought me so much happiness and has really become my second home. I really am going to miss my happy place and all of the people there, Christi, Jenny, and Heather especially, and will always have to come back and visit! I’m excited to announce that I will be attending Orange Coast College to get my Associates Degree in Psychology and Dance Instructor Certification and after completion I will continue my studies at USC to get my masters to become an occupational therapist. Thank you so much for all of the love and support from everyone at CA for the last 15 years. I will always love and cherish you!!

Celebrating our seniors! From Clovis Academy Senior- Brianna Louie ... I would like to thank Jenny, Christi, and Heather for all they have done for me throughout my 10 years dancing at Clovis Academy. I am eternally grateful for all the amazing memories I have made, with the people who have helped shaped me to be the young woman I am today. I am thankful for such supportive teachers who have helped me balance dance, pep, and school. While being a 4 year varsity pep member, I will also be graduating with a 4.43 GPA, and awards including Valedictorian, Seal of Biliteracy, Academic Scholar of Distinction, California Scholarship Federation Lifetime Member, Advanced Academics Academy Member, and National Honor Society Inductee. I am happy to announce that I will be attending Fresno State in the Fall, majoring in mathematics. I plan to complete my credential and become an upper division mathematics teacher. In addition to my studies, I hope to be on the dance team as well, and cheer alongside one of my lifelong dance friends. Again, thank you Clovis Academy for supporting me throughout the years, and being a place I always felt loved. I wouldn’t trade my experiences at Clovis Academy for the world and am so grateful to have such caring and loving mentors in my life. I love you all!

This week we are CELEBRATING our seniors! We are so proud of them! Today enjoy this message from one our Senior’s Mariah Macias-... I first started dancing at 3 years old and came to Clovis Academy when I was 5 years old. I began competitive dance when I was in sixth grade, making this my 7th year of competition. I instantly fell in love with dancing and all of the wonderful people that have made up my 13 years here at Clovis Academy. I will forever cherish all of the memories and friends that I have made and will always be thankful for teacher Christi, Jenny, Heather, and Kendra for all they have done for me! I will be moving to beautiful Malibu to attend Pepperdine University in the fall to pursue a degree in biology, in hopes of attending medical school following. I am not sure what specific career path I would like to take, but know that I want to continue giving back to others with a job in the medical field. I cannot be more grateful for my dance family and all of the support and love they have shown me in my time here. Clovis Academy will always be my second home and I will miss all of the late nights and long practices, but I look forward to coming back to visit and take classes in the future!
