The successful candidate will help manage an existing book of clients as well as help grow the agency. Delivering World Class customer service to our amazing client base is required. This part time position is NOT temporary and could be the first step to your next career. RESPONSIBILITES Answer incoming phon...e calls. Immediately greet all customers, entering the office or by phone call, in a friendly and helpful manner. Provide exceptional customer service, as well as inform customers about new products and services. Become familiar with existing products and gain knowledge of new products. Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
