Today would have kicked off the 25th Clayton Art & Wine Festival, one of several events organized by the CBCA. While many of us are sad about having to cancel t...his year’s festival, we are more concerned about the health and safety of our community. In 2019, the CBCA donated $150,584 back to the Clayton community with profits from CBCA events. These donations help many causes and organizations in our community. Our children and schools are the greatest benefactor of money raised at our events. Our next scheduled event is the Clayton BBQ Cook Off on August 22-23. We are planning on this being a two day event that incorporates some of the elements from the Art & Wine Festival. Of course we will continue to closely monitor local, state, and federal guidelines due to the effects of COVID-19. The Clayton Art & Wine Festival will return next year. Stay well!

Well, this is not fun. Sheltering in place due to COVID-19 is testing everyone in more ways than we can count. Many things are taken for granted until we can't do them anymore and one of those things is certainly bocce and interacting with our friends and neighbors. We look forward to the day this pandemic ends and we can get back to the game we love at our beautiful facility and reconnect.
