I received 2 Awards yesterday for the month January. I was #2 out of 170 agents in out Chula Vista Office and feel so blessed. Not too bad for being a mom, wife, and Full-time Realtor during COVID. I what I do and Im so THANKFUL to my clients for choosing me.
I made TOP 10% of all agents in San Diego county. Giving my clients excellent customer service when buying or selling their home is what I L O V E to do, but getting recognized for it feels AMAZING! Receiving This Real Estate Achievement & Leadership (R.E.A.L) Award for 2020 is a great accomplishment for me because it was a tough year. Having my girls at home, and still being able to work harder than ever makes me feel proud of my self. It was the year of the unknown but thanks to God, the tremendous support of my husband Edgar and all of you who support me and my business, I was able to receive this. Thank you all so much

Feeling like your home needs some last-minute holiday decorations? Make your home a winter wonderland without running yourself ragged or breaking the bank wi...th these holiday decorating home tips: Stop by a nearby Christmas tree farm and ask for tree clippings. Throw them on your mantle or dining table with some battery-powered LEDs. Score! Remember craft time in 2nd grade? Jump on YouTube and start creating a batch of paper snowflakes. String ‘em up for an impressive and made-with-love strand of holiday garland. Hit up the Dollar Store for inexpensive decorations. Check Pinterest for ideas to transform dime-store deals into high-end look-alikes. While it may not be a decoration per-se, get your home smelling like the holidays with candles, diffusers, or a DIY citrus scent for the stovetop. Put that stack of holiday photo cards to work. Turn them into ornaments, garland, or centerpieces. Plus, your guests will LOVE seeing their own smiling faces proudly displayed. Got any last-minute EASY holiday decorating tips? While I SO wish the mild temps of fall would last a tad longer, winter is just a few short days away. For this week’s Fix-It Up Friday, get your home tucked-in tight for the frosty & rainy days ahead with these home maintenance tips: 1. Check your pipes. Make sure exterior pipes are insulated and caulked. (P.S. Insulation and caulk are way less expensive than burst pipes.)... 2. Get on those gutters. Prevent snow and ice damage by cleaning out gutters. Got lots of trees? It may be time to consider gutter guards. 3. Feel for drafts. Gaps around windows and doors run up your heating bill. New weatherstripping is an easy DIY solution. 4. Service the furnace. Remove buildup and get your furnace ready for the prime time of winter. 5. Be ready for ice storms. Salt increases traction and accelerates melting so have it on hand to head off sidewalk accidents. Keep the cold outside where it belongs this winterand if you’re looking to buy or sell in 2021, shoot me a message. I’d love to chat. See more
