I'm so glad I stumbled upon their store when I was getting something from the vacuum store a couple doors down. Michelle and John were fabulous. Michelle was great about educating me on the pros and cons of the different "wood" options. She gave me an honest opinion when I asked her. John was a great detail man and answered any questions I had about instal...lation. They personally came out to measure my house. I had expected one of their contractors to show up, but no, they actually came! When it was time for installation, Michelle came out in the morning to make sure everything was running smoothly. Then in the middle of the install, we had a family emergency and were MIA for 3 days. Michelle made sure everything continued as scheduled, answering all my questions, made sure the installers did a few extra things like apply the felt pads to our furniture because we weren't there to do it. When everything was finished, the floors looked beautiful, they cleaned up nicely, and we were ecstatic. And the nicest thing, knowing that we had a family emergency, Michelle didn't bother us about the final payment. She respectfully waited until things had simmered down and I came in to the store to pay her. They were stellar from start to finish, on schedule 100%, and competitively priced.
