Splinter reports that DOS appealed a February decision by a federal judge that a gay couple's twin sons didn't need to both be biological children of the American parent to be granted birthright citizenship. The appeal comes years after DOS attempted to deny citizenship to one of Andrew and Elad Dvash-Banks' sons because he is the biological son of Elad, who is not a U.S. citizen. http://www.ailc.com/splinter-the-state-department-is-dead-s
