Do you know this person? On May 16, he stole rings from jewelry stores in Mission Viejo and Lake Forest. In both incidents, the suspect asked to see the rings, ...and once in his possession, took the rings and ran from the store. No force or violence was used, and no vehicle was seen associated to the suspect. We believe he may have also committed similar crimes in other Orange County cities.
