Here is a training video for Clara's House volunteers who will begin using telemedicine through Updox for Practice Fusion to see patients. This is a basic intro on how Updox and Practice Fusion work together. The two pieces of software are loosely coupled, and it takes a lot of steps to get info from Updox into Practice Fusion. This is an intro to the basics of how to do that.

With help from our student Spanish Medical Translators from Sacramento State, we have a team calling all of our 1154 patients to do COVID-19 patient education, update information in each person's Practice Fusion Profile, and let them know we are here for them.
