The Classes can either be live-streamed or replayed at ANYTIME. You don't need any equipment as you can do the entire workout shadow boxing and still crush a ton of calories! UPDATE! Hi CKO Santee Family & Friends! As most of you know we were a part of the COVID shutdowns back in March. We decided it was in the best long-term interest of CKO Santee to go strictly Virtual in early June having satisfied our responsibilities for our location. As devasting as it was for us to make that decision after all our hard work and dedication to our CKO Santee location and CKO Santee Family for so many years, we knew it would be the best thing for CKO Sante...e in the long run. Fast Forward, it turned out to be the right decision as here we are in October and retail businesses are still heavily impacted by the COVID capacity restrictions. We thought by now we would easily be looking at reopening but with gym capacity still at 10% and the news continually threatening to go back to no indoor fitness activities, opening a new retail space at this current juncture just is not a viable business option for CKO Santee. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will wait for the right time for the retail aspect of CKO Santee to THRIVE! In the end, it will prove to be the BEST thing for CKO Santee and for our CKO Santee family. In the meantime, WE ARE CRUSHING THE VIRTUAL GAME! Since we rolled out our Virtual Program, the feedback has been AMAZING. Our members are loving the workouts, the community feel, the encouragement, and motivation they get and that they are still a part of such a supportive and inclusive environment.
