So let me tell you a little bit about my amazing experience from the @wanderlustfest Wellspring Festival in Palm Springs, CA. And it really didn’t hit me until I got home of what really transpired. This festival brings together like minded people who want to better their life, mind, and be empowered through practices of yoga, meditation, lectures, and community bonding. But this year @gloveworx was honored to bring something different to the event that has not been done befo...re. We were the total opposite of what the majority of the festival offered. But as the weekend went on I realized that we represented exactly what the festival was about. Bringing people from different backgrounds and taking them out of their comfort zone to better health and mind is what @gloveworx is all about. I had the chance to lead 9 classes and over 200 different people throughout the weekend who have never boxed before and I confirmed that God put me on this earth to lead and coach. To lead people who have never done something before, relieving that fear, and building their confidence in under an hour is truly a gift from God that I won’t take for granted. I am not a trainer, I am a lifestyle coach!! I met and talked with some amazing people over the weekend and I am truly honored and blessed to be apart of such an amazing experience. I also discovered Acro-Yoga at the event in which I am determined perfect. Can’t wait to work with you @teenie29 Seeing the satisfaction and smiles on the people’s faces this weekend really was overwhelming. This is why I work so hard and do what I do. Part 2 (Pro Tip Series): Dynamic Single Leg Stability Training single leg balance and stability should be incorporated in any program, more so when fatigued. This is one of my favorite ways to challenge stability.
