Thank you for reporting this issue to us. We are pleased to report back to you that this issue is now resolved. Thank you to all our Poway residents who have downloaded, bookmarked and embraced the Poway CityApp! Launched a little over six months ago, residents have regularly been using the app to report issues around town and receive feedback on the progress. In the just the past couple weeks residents have identified (and crews have fixed/cleaned up) a fire hydrant leak,... debris from the Santa Ana winds, a traffic signal that was out and a water leak along a city street. The Poway CityApp makes it easy to get in touch when you see something that needs fixing, but it’s much more than reporting tool. Our app makes it easy to access Poway news and has an extensive resource directory with contacts for both city services and community resources. Download the Poway CityApp in your device’s app store or visit poway.org/service.
